4. USER CREDITS & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Certain high-overhead file manipulations require the consumption of processing units (credits). You are responsible for keeping your account authentication tokens or passwords private. Processing credits purchased possess no real-world monetary value outside our service ecosystem and are non-transferable.
5. REFUND POLICY
We strive to provide a fair experience for all users. To be eligible for a refund, you must maintain an active account with us so that we can verify your transaction history and resource usage data.
Full Refunds: We offer a full refund only if the processing units (credits) added to your account have not been used. Once you begin utilizing your units to process, convert, or edit documents, the service is considered partially or fully rendered, and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
